Kọ́lá Túbọ̀sún is a Nigerian writer and linguist. Until recently, he was a Chevening Research Fellow at the British
Library in London (2019-2020). He holds an MA in Linguistics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2012)
and a B.A in Linguistics from the University of Ìbàdàn (2005). He was also a Fulbright Fellow teaching Yorùbá at
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2009-2010. Túbọ̀sún’s work and passion involve creative writing,
language technology, language documentation, with over a decade’s work in research, advocacy, and publishing.
In June 2016, he became the first African recipient of the Premio Ostana Special Prize, given for work in
indigenous language advocacy.

Programme Assistants
Taiwo Ajila is an HR practitioner with excellent Communication and strong Presentation skills. With a placed
value on trust,integrity and teamwork. She graduated from the Federal University of Technology Akure with a
B.sc degree in Microbiology(2009) and PGD in Hiv/Aids Education Management from National Open University.
She also holds a PGD in Presentation from the National Broadcast Academy.(2016)
Aside this, she is also an entrepreneur, a coordinator for an NGO in women empowerment and she has also
had online training courses in Human Resource Management. Taiwo currently works as a Programme Assistant
and Human Resources Administrator in Yoruba Academy.

Álímì-Adéníran Ọmọ́ṣaléwá is a Yorùbá Linguist, an entrepreneur and On-Air Personality. She is a
strong advocate of rejuvenating and promoting Yorùbá Heritage and Cultural Values. She holds a M. A. in
Yorùbá Literature and Culture and B. A. degree in Yorùbá Literature and Communication Arts from Lagos
State University . Ọmọ́ṣaléwá has a wealth of work and experiences obtained from history of roles like
Doctorate Research Assistant, Sales and Administration as well as Corporate Administration serving as
the Head of Admin/Personnel Assistant to the current Ọba of Àgbárá Kingdom in Ogun State. She currently
works as a Translator and Programme Assistant in Yorùbá Academy. She is also a Yorùbá (Akọ́mọnímọ̀ Tutor)
on a kids show in 32FM, Ìbàdàn.

Wakeel Lateef-Fọlárànmí is an ethicist and social researcher with bias for public policy, social
renaissance and community development. He holds an M.A degree in Philosophy from University of Ibadan (2012),
a B.A degree in Philosophy from University of Adó-Èkìtì, now Èkìtì State University (2007) and PDE from Federal
College of Education (Special), Ọ̀yọ́ (2020). He has a track record for leading advocacy teams, policy researches,
psephology and focus group studies. Wakeel currently works as a Programme Assistant and Field Research
Coordinator in Yorùbá Academy.

Ọlábísí Àlàbí is a Yorùbá Language Analyst and Programme Assistant in Yorùbá Academy. A well cultured achiever, with a penchant for excellence and driving positive innovation. A graduate from the University of Ìbàdàn with a B.A in Yorùbá Language. Ọlábísí once transcribed for Àjàlá Studios (UK), and for many other authors in Nigeria. He had also taught various individuals and groups from overseas the Yorùbá Language.
This young man shares passion with the entrepreneurial world as he currently has partnerships with various
sectors of the economy. He also has the practice of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management and Graphics.
